From left to right-6 week difference. Once you start seeing progress, that’s the only motivation you need. One morning I woke up determined to make a change and never looked back. It seems overwhelming at first, thinking about how long it will take until you’ll reach your goal. But I learned to simply focus on that current day, I killed my workout, I ate clean foods and I felt accomplished. Woke up in the morning, did it all over again. Just take it day by day. & NEVER give up :)Ps: I’m wearing sweat pants in the left pictures, my butt isn’t square..
